Introducing: Kala Namak

It’s been a roller coaster journey from our launch in November 2018 to Gyle 100 in June.

So to celebrate, we decided to commemorate the occasion with an extra special brew.

Introducing: Kala Namak.

This 11% Imperial Stout is thick in body with hints of Caramel, Cacao, Coconut, Raspberry and Dark Chocolate.

As if a 4am start to brew an imperial stout wasn’t enough, Colin decided to hone his ‘low and slow’ skills by smoking a brisket on the loading bay.

Kala Namak is now available in cans for you to enjoy from the Taproom, Craft Asylum Bars  and selected stockists.

Unfortunately there is none of the brisket left!
