We are super excited to re-open SALT Bar & Kitchen on Saturday 4th July.

As a company we have endeavoured to implement what we feel are the best safety measures and procedures for our employees and customers visiting this site.

  • We have introduced strict numbers of customers. Maximum of group of 6 from two households and must remain 1metre apart.
  • Contactless payments are encouraged where possible by card or online via our weblink.
  • In order to be granted access to the site, you agree to a thermal temperature check. Anyone with temperature of 38 degrees C or above will unfortunately be refused entry.
  • We insist you use hand sanitiser upon entry to the venue, as well as at regular intervals throughout your stay.
  • Please note we have a reduced range of beer on the bar available but there is definitely something for everyone. We are also serving pizza only until further notice.
  • Anyone compromising the safety of other customers or staff members will be asked to leave the premises.

If you wish to dine with us, booking is advisable by calling 01274 582111 or emailing

There is no need to book a table for a drink, we are accepting walk ins at a first come first served basis.

If you are seated inside please remain at your table and a member of staff will come over to take your order or you can use our secure weblink (this link will be provided when you enter the venue).

If you are sitting outside please queue at the till point at the entrance on the right hand side or use our weblink to order.

For the time being, the taproom to the rear of the venue will remain closed.

Let’s all work together to stay safe, stay alert and keep our distance 🍻
