SALT x Queer Brewing Project

As the clocks went back and the cold nights started drawing in earlier this month, it seemed like the perfect timing for our latest collab with the Queer Brewing Project!

The Queer Brewing Project is a non-profit, collaborative brewing project, raising awareness of queer issues and money for LGBTQ charities. Each of Queer Brewing’s collaborations supports LGBTQ-focussed charities. A portion of proceeds from this beer will go to The Rainbow Project, a Yorkshire based support group.

Lily from QBP joined us fresh off the plane from her most recent collab over the pond in Florida with 7venth Sun Brewery, and met up with head brewer Colin to create “Flavortown” a dark, strong Imperial Porter.

Expect full mouthfeel with leading notes of cacao, toffee and honeycomb. An ‘out of bounds’ porter brewed with the addition of honeycomb dust for a decadent sweet finish.

Flavortown will be launching at our Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush Tap Takeover on 29.11.19, and will be available from the Taproom and Craft Asylum Bars over the coming weeks.

For information on stocking Flavourtown, you can contact us through our form, or email sales@saltbeerfactory.co.uk.
